Her ps3 wouldn't play blu ray or ps3 games, but played ps2 games and dvd's. She was very hesitate to put anything in her system that would touch her blu ray lens in fear of scratching it. But, after some convincing we did try it and the cleaner brought back her blu ray and ps3 games to play. I think her machine was very dusty inside. I would truly recommend this product to someone who wants to just clean their system or has the same problem. It is very easy to use as all we needed is to insert the disc in the player and follow the audio instructions. The disc has a micro brush attached which is used for cleaning the lens. It takes about 30 sec for the cleaning cycle and amazingly I was able to record again after one cycle of cleaning.This product would also work on a variety of instruments including CD player, DVD player, Blueray player, Playstation, and the Xbox units. It also comes with one additional track for individually testing the channels of 2 Channel sound systems. I could not get it to work. The problem is that you need to get the player to Track 3 in order for the lens to be in the right spot to be cleaned by the brush. There is no way that I could see to get a disc in a Wii console to "Track 3." The Wii simply could not read the disc and instructed me to eject it. It worked on my CD player, though. |
