I am very happy I did so! I recieve all of my local channels in crystal clear HD, and a few other channels that I didn't expect to receive. AND, the really cool part is that I only have it laying flat in the spot on my tv console where my cable box used to sit! I'm sure that if I put it near a window or attached it to the wall then I would get more channels, but I don't really care because I have the ones I want without the hassle. Literally, took 2 minutes to install. Keep the cord as untangled from itself and other cords as possible and it works best. This was powerless and it worked better than my old antenna.
